Due to COVID-19, the 2020 Richmond Dance Festival takes place virtually on May 1 at 5pm. This year’s festival will address the theme Isolation to Creation.

Artistic Director, Kara Robertson, has created a solo dance film to represent KARAR DANCE COMPANY.

Kara Robertson's Post follows a solo dancer grounded and confined to specific parameters of space. The dancer creates room for growth, carving and linking opportunities. Paired with Ryan Davis' original score, also created during this time of quarantine, Post is a hopeful investigation of isolation.
