"Pulling from experience as a contemporary explorer and adventurous mover the shape of my class falls into a quirky yet designed and fluid dimension. This class offers phrase work generated by the curiosity of physical imagery and improvisation. With a goal to create movement as a real life experience this is achieved through a combination of contemporary techniques and modern values."
